Sandra Wheeler Taylor, 46, Norman died Wednesday, Nov. 12
in Norman.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, at Havenbrook
Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. John L. Roberts officiating. Burial
will be at Blackburn Cemetery in Norman. Arrangements are under
the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home.
Shw was born Jan 29, 1951, in Norman, to Lonnie Walton Wheeler
and Jo Ann Moses Wheeler. A graduate of Norman High School, she
was an L.P.N. and had worked at Norman Regional Hospital. She wrote
poetry and had several poems published. She married John Taylor on
Jan. 30, 1981, in Broken Arrow. She enjoyed gardening and the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, John, of the home; her mother,
Jo Ann Wheeler; a son, Bobby Ray Taylor; a sister, Tammy Lynne
Wheeler; and a brother, Paul W. Wheeler, all of Norman; and five
granddaughters, Lacey Dawn Taylor, Ashlea Nichole Taylor; Meagan
Leigh Wheeler; Malarie Lynne Wheeler and Katelyn Paige Danner.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Walton Wheeler.
